A Stago Technical Support Specialist (TSS) will receive data generated by the lab via email, fax or other means. The Technical Support Specialist then loads the data into the appropriate template, reviews data for outliers, and provides a report back to the customer. The TSS is not on-site at the lab during the data generation process
