XXVth International Symposium on Technical Innovations in Laboratory Hematology (ISLH) was held in Nice from May 21 to 25, 2012.

This international congress, which is usually focused on cellular Haematology, was enhanced this year with sessions dedicated to Haemostasis.

International speakers participated in plenary sessions dedicated to :
 

  • Thrombophilia and treatment monitoring,
  • Laboratory testing for bleeding disorders,
  • Platelets,
  • VWD.

Antiphospholipid syndrome and Heparin Induced Thrombocytopenia (HIT) were addressed during breakfast sessions.

On May 24 and 25 the GEHT meeting partnered with the ISLH congress and attracted a large number of international participants.

Next March 2013, in Paris, the GEHT congress will be associated with the SFH (Société Française d'Hématologie).
